Pre-op Visit

About 12:20 they came to get us so we could visit with Mom. She was groggy but coherent and able to speak. She said they she felt OK except that she is so hungry, as expected, since she has not eaten since midnight. We talked a bit and Linn said a prayer for Mom and the team that will be operating.

They came to get her at about 12:35 so things are right on schedule. The surgery is anticipated to last two hours.

I called Ann G, Barb, and Patty. Left a message on Cheryl’s v-mail.

I’ll post more as soon as we know something.
