Later Friday

Linn stayed with Mom through the afternoon. The internist came by and spoke with Mom and Linn then the surgeon came by around 5:30PM. Dr. H. continues to prohibit food and water intake until the bowels regain function.

Linn left at 6:00 for a church function. I’ve been visiting with Mom and sharing expressions of care that we’ve been receiving.

Linn and the medical team here had Mom up and walking a few times today which is excellent. I’m sitting here watching Spiderman 3 while Mom is sleeping.

I’m going home tonight since I live so close. I can be here in 5-7 minutes if need be.
