I’m so excited! I just found out last week that I’m going to cruise to Alaska! I’ve been wanting to go there for a long time but particularly on this cruise that consists of fans from a favorite radio show of mine. The trip is 28 Aug – 4 September. I first heard about this trip nearly a year ago but wasn’t able to find anyone else able to go. I asked other folks if anyone needed a cabin mate but no luck so when final payments were being made in May, I recognized that I wasn’t going… THEN just a week ago it turns out one of the guys needs a cabin mate! Thanks, Alan! It’s going to be a great seven night trip in/out of Seattle to Juneau, Skagway, Ketchikan and Victoria, BC. The fun, silly, irreverent and intelligent Derek and Romaine Show (DNR) was on SiriusXM Satellite Radio for
thirteen years then launched their own network in January 2016. It’s an LGBT talk/call-in show about everything from daily life to politics to sex. They have a large fan base and have been doing fan cruises for several years. There are 150 LGBT folks, friends, and allies in the group so it’s going to be a lot of fun.
